How does on demand pricing work?

For every service request that someone in your team introduces, we will submit a time estimation for approval. After the work is completed, we will submit detailed timesheets for review.

Are services payable upfront?

We typically work with a retainer fee, meaning that you purchase our services upfront. Depending on your company's standing and our history of working together, we can also work based on actuals.

How does monthly pricing work?

One of our consultants will be dedicated to your team, under your direct supervision and management. They will work for you 160 hours per month, and are entitled vacations and public holidays, subject to approval.

How do payments work?

Whenever you order a service, we'll send you an invoice, with VAT where applicable, in USD or Euro currency, to be paid by wire transfer to our corporate bank account. We usually bear banking costs.
