What you would be doing

  • Quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issues appropriately
  • Write reports and assist with technical documentation
  • Resolve customer issues using standard procedures
  • Follow the standard procedures for escalation of issues
  • Track and close tickets with attention to detail

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree
  • Relevant work experience is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of internet services (such as Gmail, Office, etc.)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Open-minded, dependable, team spirited
